| 1. Open PowerGrade |

| 2. Choose the desired class (A) from the Classes menu.
Preferences are global and do not affect just the chosen class.

| 3. Choose the File Menu (A). |

4. Pick Preferences from the drop-down menu.

| 5. Select the General Tab (A)

| 6. Locate Auto-Backup
|

Auto-Backup
|
When checked, PowerGrade will automatically backup your datafile to the server at set intervals (1-14 days). The next backup date is calculated from the interval and cannot be modified.
A daily backup is recommended. |

7. Click the OK button when finished.
