Choosing a Class - PowerGrade
|

When you open PowerGrade a splash screen does not appear to tell you that. On a Macintosh you will see your normal desktop (on a Windows machine it will be a gray screen) but the menu at the top of the screen will change to a PowerGrade menu (A).

| If you should inadvertently click on the desktop and "lose" the menu, click on the PowerSchool Icon (Macintosh: Dock or Applications - Windows: Task Bar) again to bring the menu back. |

| 1. Open PowerGrade |

| 2. Choose the Classes menu (1). |

| 3. Pick the class (1) you want to work with from the drop-down menu. |

| 4. The first time you open a class an Enrollment Alert will appear. Click the OK button (1).
Note: After the first time opening a class, the Enrollment Alert will not appear unless the class enrollment changes. (2)
The Class Spreadsheet will appear instead, (A) below.
