Concurrent Attendance
|
| When checked, PowerGrade will combine all classes taught at the same time by the same teacher into one roster when taking attendance. All classes must be in the same attendance mode whether that be meeting or interval. The system will combine any classes that have a starting period equal to or less than the current classes' starting period. For instance, given the following three classes with expressions:
If the currently selected class is 1-2(A) when attendance is open then the attendance roster will only show class 1-2(A). If the currently selected class is 2-3(A) then classes 1-2(A) and 2-3(A) will be combined. If the currently selected class is 3-5(A) then all three classes will be combined. |
