Copy a Class Setup From Another Class - PowerGrade

1. Open PowerGrade
2. If not already done, choose the class you want to initially setup (1) from the Classes menu.
4. Open the class that you want to copy the setup to (a class not already setup).
5. From the Utilities Menu (1), choose Copy Class Info...
5. Select the class you want to copy the setup from(A). Be sure to have the setup done in the class you are copying from, even Assignments if you wish.

6. Click the OK button.
7. Click the Save button (A)
8. Check which information you would like to copy (A). Click the Copy button (B).
9. If you are setting the class(es) up at the beginning of the term (no grades entered), click the Yes button.
If you have entered grades already, make sure to select "Add the item to whatever already exists in this class" in the previous screen.
10. The class will be setup like the original class. Repeat the steps above for any other classes you want with the same setup.
