| 1. Open PowerGrade |

| 2. Choose the desired class (A) from the Classes menu.
Preferences are global and do not affect just the chosen class.

The Specified Reporting Grade is used in all reports where an asterisk (*) is specified as the final grade.
Example: As in the following header of a grade report created in PowerGrade

PowerGrade recommends not checking this check-box unless you know absolutely what you are doing.
When checked, PowerGrade uses averages instead of percentages
In the examples below (Using a Total Points Factor), Assignment 1 is worth 30 points and Assignment 2 is worth 50 points.
