| 1. Open PowerGrade. (No need to open a class.) |

| 2. Choose the File menu (A). |

3. Pick Find Student... from the drop-down menu.

One Student With That Last Name
|
| 4. Enter the last name of the student you wish to find and click the OK button.
|

| 5. If there is only one student in all of your classes with that last name, the proper class spreadsheet will open and the student's name will be highlighted. |

|
Multiple Students With That Last Name
|
| 6. Enter the last name of the student you wish to find and click the OK button. |
 |
| 7. If there are multiple students with the same last name, a list of those students, along with their classes, will appear.
Selct the student (A) and click the OK button (b).
|
 |
| 8. The proper class spreadsheet containing that student's name will open and the name will be highlighted (A). |
 |
