Finding a Student by Last Name (across classes) - PowerGrade

Students can be found by last name in any of your classes using only one search. It is not necessary to have a class (spreadsheet) open, only the PowerGrade application.
Macintosh Screenshots
1. Open PowerGrade. (No need to open a class.)
2. Choose the File menu (A).
3. Pick Find Student... from the drop-down menu.

One Student With That Last Name
4. Enter the last name of the student you wish to find and click the OK button.

5. If there is only one student in all of your classes with that last name, the proper class spreadsheet will open and the student's name will be highlighted.
Multiple Students With That Last Name
6. Enter the last name of the student you wish to find and click the OK button.
7. If there are multiple students with the same last name, a list of those students, along with their classes, will appear.

Selct the student (A) and click the OK button (b).

8. The proper class spreadsheet containing that student's name will open and the name will be highlighted (A).
