Substitutes for iCal for Windows Users

(for use with the Parent Portal in PowerSchool)
PowerSchool offers the opportunity for parents to have a lot of information added to a personal calendar by subscribing on the Parent Portal. Parents may subscribe to -
  • Class Assignments Only by teacher
  • Class Assignments with your child’s scores and final grades by teacher
  • School Events Calendar if setup by the school

At the present time My Calendars is designed to work with iCal, an Apple product for the Macintosh using OS 10.2.3 or later.

Windows users require a third party software to view the iCal calendars.

Note:
I have not used any of the Windows "substitutes", but the links above, along with a Google search, will give you a starting point.
