| 1. Open PowerGrade |

| 2. Choose the desired class (A) from the Classes menu.
Preferences are global and do not affect just the chosen class.

4. Pick Preferences

| 5. Locate the Spreadsheet Options

Choose the font to be used on the spreadsheet.

Default - Geneva
|
Example - Times New Roman

Choose the size of the font to be used on the spreadsheet.
|
Default - Geneva 9 pt.
|
Example - Geneva 12 pt.
|

 |
Choose the color of the font to be used on the spreadsheet.
|
Default - Geneva 9 pt. - Black
|
Example - Geneva 9 pt. - Red
|
|
|
|
|
 |
Choose the Header Color to be used on the spreadsheet.
|
Default - White
|
Example - Gold
|
|
|
|
|
 |
Choose the Highlight Color for selected text to be used on the spreadsheet.
|
Default - Gray
|
Example - Orange
|

 |
Choose the Background Color to be used on the spreadsheet.
|
Default - White
|
Example - Green
|
|

Choose the Alternate Row Color to be used on the spreadsheet.
|
Default - Light Blue
|
Example - Violet
|

 |
Add students alphabetically or at the end of the roster. |

Show/hide citizenship grades. |

6. Click the OK button when finished.
