View Class Information in PowerGrade

1. Open PowerGrade
2. Choose one class to be in a group from the Classes menu.(A)
3. From the Windows Menu (A), choose Class Information

click the Class Info icon

Name of Class downloaded from the PowerSchool server. It may not be modified in PowerGrade.
Expression [In the example above it indicates the class meets period 2 on both an A & B rotation.] downloaded from the PowerSchool server. It may not be modified in PowerGrade.
Room number downloaded from the PowerSchool server. It may not be modified in PowerGrade.
Course Number downloaded from the PowerSchool server. It may not be modified in PowerGrade.
Section Number downloaded from the PowerSchool server. It may not be modified in PowerGrade.
A Class Group can be added. If you teach more than one sections of a class you can apply assignments to all classes with the same group name, instead of individually enterering assinment. For instructions, click here.
The 1st and Last Day of the class are downloaded from the PowerSchool server. They may not be modified in PowerGrade.
Keyboard Shortcuts may be used to open the class after the PowerGrade software has been opened.
An Automatic Shortcut is listed
to the right of the Class Menu.
A Custom Shortcut can be

added in the window that appears.
When finished, click the OK button.
